If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange.

Please contact Coarse Cloth by email within 15 days of receiving your order to organize a return or exchange. The items must be in new (unused) condition with the tags still attached. Please repackage your items as received.

Your purchase is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Where a claim is warranted, the product will be repaired at no cost. Coarse Cloth Ltd reserves the right not to honor returns on final sale items. If not deemed to be a warranty issue, Coarse Cloth Ltd will repair or replace your bag at a reasonable charge subject to availability and year of manufacture. For all warranty claims, please send a picture of the defect to info@coarsecloth.com for initial evaluation. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions to ship a defective product back to us.
